Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Key User Manager” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:


  • Identification of key industries: Focus on the automotive, mining, renewable energy, and aeronautics sectors, and elaborate on their potential.
  • relationship marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with top leaders of customer organizations.
  • service development and sales: Create and sell relevant services, including an after-sales concept.
  • User journey management: Oversee the complete user journey for key users, particularly during the assertiveness, information, and purchasing phases.
  • Implementation of marketing strategies: Execute central user marketing strategies and concepts.
  • Results tracking: Monitor outcomes, including turnover and product listings.
  • User feedback collection: Gather user feedback for product managers.
  • Cross-selling collaboration: Act as an interface and participate in cross-selling initiatives with other Bosch departments.
  • Customer empowerment: Ensure full empowerment towards customers, including budget responsibility.

Qualifications

EDUCATION


  • University degree
  • Good Arabic, French and English
  • ICT proficiency

EXPERIENCE


  • Technical Sales (application based) expertise and mindset
