We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and enthusiastic Office Manager with a sales orientation for the areas of finance and administration to join our growing and dynamic organization.


This position will be based in Casablanca, Morocco.


WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supervise commercial operations, ensuring compliance with headquarters rules and local legal requirements.
  • Manage budget planning, monitor all sales activities (e.g. yearly budget and monthly budget).
  • Develop strategic planning on project management and budget control (e.g. new offices, hardware and software, telephone system, security system, etc.).
  • Analyze, update, and develop S.O.P. (operating procedure standards) for all processes.
  • Manage daily operations.
  • Manage product import.
  • Responsible for stock control.
  • Support company operations by maintaining systems in place and supervising staff.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information and identifying trends.
  • Maintain the need for office staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees.
  • Support internal communications to ensure coordination of consistent and accurate messages.
  • Work in collaboration with the headquarters marketing department to develop marketing strategies and create a digital presence in the country.
  • Participate in the development of departmental goals, objectives and systems.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on salary data and payment.
  • Maintain human resources information system records and compile reports from databases.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Correspondence control, filling system design, review, and approval of supply requests.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing necessary arrangements and equipment purchases.
  • Prepare annual and mid-annual appraisal and performance review.
  • Maintain expected results of office staff by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees and planning, monitoring and evaluating results.
  • Achieve financial goals by managing an annual budget, scheduling expenses, analyzing variances and taking corrective action.
  • Contribute to the team effort, achieving expected results.
  • Manage the back office, online store updates and promotions.
  • Set up and set product prices in the internal operational system.
  • Prepare orders, pre-orders and maintain daily stock of products.


WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing position with wider responsibilities (first relevant experience in direct marketing is desired).
  • Fluent in English, French and Arab languages.
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude.
  • Team player with the capacity to motivate others and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Consolidated organizational and leadership skills.
  • Used to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
