We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Performance and Growth to lead the strategy and execution of revenue generation, margin optimization, and support business expansion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, excellent execution skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive measurable results.
The Head of Performance and Growth will own revenue performance, oversee growth initiatives, manage pricing strategies, optimize product catalogs, and minimize wastage. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer experience, procurement, and quality, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Optimization
•Own and manage the overall revenue and margin targets, ensuring consistent growth in gross margin .
•Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, balancing customer acquisition, retention, and pricing optimization.
•Collaborate with the Pricing Manager to establish and execute competitive, market-aligned pricing strategies.
Growth Management
•Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth across existing and new channels.
•Design and execute campaigns to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized engagement initiatives.
•Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
•Support volume growth in key customer segments, including modern trade, HoReCa, and traditional retailers.
Wastage Reduction
•Develop and oversee demand forecasting processes to reduce wastage and optimize inventory levels.
•Implement strategies for secondary sales optimization to extract maximum value from unsold products.
•Collaborate with the Quality and Catalog teams to ensure efficient product lifecycle management.
Pricing Strategy
•Oversee pricing intelligence systems, ensuring continuous market benchmarking and sensitivity analysis.
•Work closely with the Pricing Manager to adapt pricing strategies based on market dynamics and customer needs.
•Ensure pricing decisions support both revenue growth and margin enhancement objectives.
Catalog Optimization
•Collaborate with the Catalog Manager to develop customer-specific product catalogs aligned with customer profiles, needs, and chosen distribution channels.
•Lead successful product launches and manage phase-in/phase-out transitions for seasonal products.
•Align stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Quality, and CXP) on product specifications and catalog strategies.
Leadership and Collaboration
•Lead a team of growth, pricing, and catalog professionals, ensuring alignment and accountability across all revenue-generating activities.
•Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CXP) and Vendor Experience (VXP) teams to ensure customer and vendor engagement strategies are aligned with revenue goals.
•Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance within the revenue and growth team.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
