Position Overview:
In the role of
French-Speaking Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and develop strong relationships with customers across the banking, travel, energy, and insurance sectors. This position requires you to identify new business opportunities and maintain ongoing client relationships. While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and achieve success in a competitive environment. This is an onsite role based in either
Rabat or
Kénitra, Morocco, with the company providing all the necessary tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients in the banking, travel, energy, and insurance industries. Build a strong client base by initiating conversations, presenting solutions, and driving sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, providing them with personalized services and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings in banking, travel, energy, and insurance sectors to effectively present products to clients and respond to inquiries.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, addressing their concerns and negotiating favorable terms to close deals successfully.
- Achieving Sales Goals: Consistently work towards meeting and surpassing personal and team sales objectives, directly contributing to the company’s overall growth.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends and shifts in the industry to inform sales strategies and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product management, to ensure a seamless sales process and deliver top-notch service to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French at a native or C2 level, with excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively in both written and spoken form.
- Sales Experience: While prior sales experience is an advantage, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and succeed in a sales role.
