We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst with extensive experience in Snowflake, Data IQ, and Data Lake technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing large data sets from multiple sources, while ensuring that the data is reliable, accessible, and easy to integrate into business processes. You will play a key role in building and maintaining data pipelines and contributing to the development of a robust data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Snowflake and Data Lake technologies.
- Work with large, complex datasets, performing data transformation, analysis, and validation.
- Develop and implement data models that support business requirements and reporting needs.
- Create and manage Data IQ frameworks for business intelligence (BI) analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather and understand data requirements.
- Perform data reconciliation and ensure consistency between source and target systems.
- Monitor and optimize data flows and processes, ensuring efficient handling of big data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring that systems are operating smoothly.
- Prepare reports and visualizations for business stakeholders using BI tools.
- Contribute to the roadmap definition and follow-up reporting to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on Snowflake and Data Lake technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Data IQ for building and managing BI frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of data lake architectures, data processing, and integration methods.
- Familiarity with data governance, data security, and data quality management.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or other data processing languages.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience in business intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
