The
Office Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient and effective
cleaning support to the assigned centre, under the direct/ instruction of CRM.
This will include ensuring that the overall appearance of the premises and
surroundings are maintained in accordance with the specified standards.
Overall Duties and
Responsibilities
●Clean designated premises strictly adhering to the
daily and weekly/ periodic cleaning schedules ensuring to the highest standards
of cleanliness
●Responsible for stock taking and timely requesting of
cleaning and kitchen items
●Provide support for day one experience at all times
●Provide service at any community events
●Ensure COVID policy is executed and adhered to at all
times
●Understudy to Barista
●Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs
for repairs
●Remove garbage to the appropriate waste rooms as and
when required
●Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
●Ensure all offices and meeting rooms are maintained
and fully equipped
●Follow all health and safety regulations
●Provide service at any scheduled community/
networking events
●Assist Barista in providing quality coffee delivery
Requirements●Qualification & skills
oAt least 18 years of age
oO-level certificate
oGood written and oral communication skills
oFluency in English, French and Arabic languages is an
added advantage
oAthletic – highly energetic and chatty in a
professional manner
oWell presented –presentableappearance, pleasant, maintains eye contact
engagement and approachable
oReliable and able to work over weekends when required
oStrong time management skills
oBasic analytical skills
oStrong attention to detail
oPhysically capable of lifting and moving objects as
necessary
·Experience
oDesirable – at least one year in hospitality
industry (housekeeping background)
