Regional Sales Manager

Purpose:

The Sales and Medical Manager is responsible for leading the sales and medical team to ensure delivery of the topline sales number budget and profit as well as prescription of Health Care Professionals (Hospital, Doctors, Specialists) in line with country objectives and brand strategies. He/She is further responsible to assure the appropriate skill level in his team and promote talents.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensures business goals are achieved through the effective placement and motivation of sales and medical team and support professionals
  • Prepare and implement business plan with the objective of achieving the specified business strategy and achieving the agreed sales targets
  • Actively calls on key opinion leaders and manages sales force on daily basis
  • Manage directly the performance of own team and support to develop productive team culture and working environment
  • Identify skills gap and develop them with appropriate development plan
  • Identify talents and develop them for more senior positions
  • Maintain Gold Standards compliance rules in sales and Medical operations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University scientific degree
  • Experience more than 5 years in the pharmaceutical field
  • Experience as Medical / Pharmaceuticals Representative
  • Solid leadership & communication
  • Organizational skills
  • Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency
  • IT skills (Excel, CRM )
  • Excellent team player and team member
  • High negotiation skills
  • Autonomy
  • Reliability
  • Proficiency in English is recommended and considered a plus
