Program Manager

Oracle Morocco R&D Center

Location: Casablanca (onsite)

Together with a team of highly skilled professionals, you will work on interesting and challenging projects, contributing significantly to the Oracle Morocco R&D Center and Oracle as a whole.

What you will do

Leading and managing programs and projects from initial scoping through delivery.

Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure projects/products are completed on schedule and within budget.

Building strong relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and partners to achieve successful outcomes.

Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and programs.

Managing both internal and external communications with stakeholders.

Organizing and coordinating internal and external events.

Identifying and addressing key goals, business concerns, and priorities to ensure they are understood and addressed.

Continuously seeking ways to improve and simplify business procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Tracking priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working as a program manager, project manager, community manager, or in a related role.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience organizing medium to large-scale events.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage tasks, teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to successfully and efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude, capable of identifying and implementing solutions.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding team and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of the software development industry. Education in the technical area preferred or equivalent work experience
