SkillCheck:

  • Master Dergree (in Business School or Equivalent university degree....)
  • 2 years in a similar position ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Sourcing and prospecting on the market.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Management of purchase order & Supplier Claims Management.
  • Gain-oriented purchase.
  • In-depth IT skills, including MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP MM.
  • Perfect Command of spoken and Written English and French

ChallengeCheck:

  • Manage and conclude all types of indirect purchases or services required, negotiating the best conditions in terms of price, lead times, quality and after-sales service.
  • Identify, collect and process departmental requirements in terms of quality and quantity.
  • Prospect markets, assess suppliers' ability to meet cost, deadline, quality and quantity requirements.
  • Launch calls for tender, prospect suppliers and assess whether their proposals match requirements.
  • Study proposals and select suppliers, optimizing the quality/cost/time ratio and negotiating delivery costs and proposed after-sales service conditions.
  • Receive feedback from customers on deliveries and ensure compliance with contractual clauses.
