System Certification Manager Sales & Marketing

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES



To lead and supervise the system certification department Ensure the certification process is performed in accordance with accreditation requirements Ensure customer contact and field sales activities (Sales -meetings, -presentations and events) Arrange information flow and auditor experience exchange Ensure performance of internal audits, review the results and implement corrective and preventive actions
Ensure communication with clients, management and auditors take place Evaluate auditor performance based on the results of auditing documentation review and auditor monitoring

EDUCATION



Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related engineering or management field. Successful completion of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 or equivalent ISO standards Lead Auditor Qualification.

Experiences & Additional requirements



At least 10 years’ experience in engineering field/sector and at least 5 years’ experience in a management position. Good auditing skills & Good computer literacy. Must own a car, fluency in French and English is a must. Previous experience in this field would be added advantage. Must be open to travel abroad for meetings and audits. Experience in Sales and CRM would be positive evaluated
