Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for 1 passionate Night Shift Customer Service Agent to join our team, this . Here's a role:
1.Parcel Status Tracking:
Monitor and update the real-time status of customer parcels during the night shift to ensure timely processing.
2.Customer Issue Resolution:
Quickly respond to and handle urgent issues with abnormal orders, such as returns, redirections, and interceptions.
3.Address Calibration:
Assist the night shift assistant in calibrating vague address information to ensure accurate parcel delivery.
1.Error Sorting Analysis:
Record and analyze the causes of incorrect sorting codes, and propose corrective measures to prevent recurring errors.
2.Held Parcels Management:
Register parcels temporarily unable to be dispatched, ensure proper storage, and arrange for timely dispatch when conditions permit.
3.Vehicle Seal Reinspection:
Reinspect return trip seals of mainline vehicles to ensure the security and integrity of parcels during transportation.
4.Exception Parcel Registration:
Scan and categorize exceptional parcels (e.g., misrouted, returned, or redirected parcels) in the system promptly.
5.Damaged Parcel Handling:
Assess damaged parcels, communicate repair or compensation options with customers, and provide feedback on damaged items in franchisee groups.
6.Exception Tracking Number Reporting:
Collect information on exception tracking numbers and notify arbitrators for registration and resolution.
7.Coordination&Communication
1.Internal Coordination:
Collaborate effectively with night shift supervisors, sorters, and delivery personnel to ensure smooth workflow across all processes.
2.External Communication:
Inform customers or franchisees about parcel statuses, explain exceptional cases, and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
Work Experience:
No prior experience required; we welcome all candidates interested in the logistics industry.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in logistics companies will have an advantage.
Education and Background:
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, especially those major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong learning and adaptability skills.
Responsible and capable of handling the demands of night shift work.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with parcel processing procedures or logistics systems is a plus.
Working Hours and Conditions
1.Shift Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a one-hour break included.
2.Work Days: Monday to Saturday, including public holidays.
3.Transportation: Candidates are required to arrange their own transportation for night shifts.
- Living nearby is highly preferred.
- If you have your own vehicle, a transportation allowance will be provided.
