About the role:

We are seeking a Supply and operations Manager based in Morocco or Egypt to lead our efforts in identifying and partnering with agencies capable of sourcing healthcare professionals interested in migrating to Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, recruitment, and partnership management, coupled with an understanding of international labor standards and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


Sourcing Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with recruitment agencies, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions specializing in healthcare workforce sourcing
  • Negotiate agreements and build long-term relationships with sourcing partners in Morocco, Egypt, and neighboring regions
  • Onboard and manage sourcing partners while ensuring adherence to Tern Group’s quality and ethical standards.


Operations & Process Management:

  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows for the end-to-end sourcing, screening, and onboarding of healthcare workers.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of sourcing partners to meet recruitment goals and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes for documentation, compliance checks, and migration logistics


German Language Training Management:

  • Identify and onboard training partners or institutions to run German language training batches for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with training providers to design and implement effective language training programs aligned with migration and professional requirements.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training programs through regular assessments, feedback, and audits.
  • Ensure training programs meet the specific language proficiency standards required for healthcare roles in Europe (e.g., B2 level).


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on sourcing pipeline performance, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights and updates to senior management on progress and key performance indicators.


Requirements:

  • Must be based in Morocco or Egypt, with strong knowledge of local recruitment landscapes
  • Proven experience in operations, supply management, or recruitment, preferably in healthcare or talent mobility sectors
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with international labor standards and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in English and either Arabic or French is required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the region and to Europe for partner meetings and events.
