Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting quality, certification, and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with customer quality representatives to address and resolve issues.
- Lead 8D meetings with cross-functional teams to resolve customer claims and critical internal issues.
- Conduct and follow up on FMEA
- Oversee the cutting and lead preparation processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 and maintain certifications without non-conformities.
- Deploy and monitor quality indicators and targets in the manufacturing area.
- Reduce non-quality costs related to sorting, rework, and scrap.
- Drive scrap reduction and efficiency improvements in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure 100% serial production delivery and meet prototype MRD in all phases.
- Implement and sustain Read-Across Quality Best Practices and improve procedures to align with regional DPM requirements.
- Participate in inventory audits and improvement activities.
- Promote Continuous Improvement (CI) through Kaizen initiatives, LIPT, Best Practices, and Waste Walks.
- Build and develop a high-performing Quality team by hiring, training, and accrediting quality agents.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
To be successful for this role:
- Bac+5 Engineering Degree or equivalent
- a minimum experience of 1 year in a similar role is appreciated
- Experience in Cutting and lead preparation processes
- Good knowledge of Core tools
- Good communication skills in both French and English is required
- Problem solving knowledge
- Strong leadership, and ability to gather people around common target
