About this Role


The L&D Manager is responsible for designing, executing and managing a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that enhances employee capabilities and drives organizational performance. A key focus of this role is the creation of the Infomineo Academy that provides structured and role-specific learning paths for different positions, career paths, and departments. This includes developing a cohesive framework for onboarding and continuous professional development, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to succeed and grow within the company.


To achieve this, the L&D Manager will establish a scalable and innovative learning ecosystem that includes digital tools, interactive training methods, and knowledge-sharing initiatives as leverages to enhance accessibility and engagement. Additionally, they will be responsible for selecting and implementing an L&D management system to centralize learning activities, track progress, and measure impact.


As a strategic partner to leadership and key stakeholders, the L&D Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that learning initiatives not only address current skills gaps but also anticipate future business needs, contributing to the company’s long-term growth and competitiveness.


What will you do?


  • Design and implement a company-wide L&D strategy that integrates onboarding, functional training, leadership development, and continuous skill enhancement
  • Develop and lead the Infomineo Academy, establishing structured learning paths that align with business objectives and career progression opportunities
  • Define and deploy innovative learning methodologies, leveraging a mix of digital tools, interactive content, workshops, and peer-learning initiatives
  • Evaluate, select and implement a Learning & Development management system to centralize training resources, monitor employee progress, and measure the impact of learning initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to assess evolving skills needs, ensuring that learning programs proactively support business transformation and workforce readiness
  • Oversee implementation of learning paths with support for an L&D team member
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
  • Cultivate a strong learning culture by promoting knowledge-sharing practices, internal expertise development, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Continuously adapt training programs to keep pace with industry shifts, emerging technologies, AI, and new ways of working in a fast-evolving environment
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, experts, and accreditation bodies to enhance the quality and credibility of learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, client requirements and internal policies related to employee training and development

Who you are?


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Prior experience in functions or projects involving Learning & Development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience with L&D management systems and digital learning tools and in managing training budgets and external training partnerships is a plus
