We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to work with the development team through the
implementation phase, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
This role involves technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge transfer to keep the team aligned
and efficient.
Responsibilities
●Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in Java development.
●Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, security, and performance standards.
●Support the team in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
●Maintain application-level knowledge and assist with change requests.
Requirements● 8+ years of experience in Java development.
● Strong expertise in Spring framework, microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and caching solutions.
● Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
● Strong understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
● Excellent problem-solving skills.
Appreciated
● Certifications in Java and cloud technologies.
●Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
