You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.


How you will contribute


Invoice Processing


  • Receipt of invoices at local office.
  • Stamp receipt date on invoices Scan invoices.
  • Email scanned invoices to AP team.
  • Update Invoice Tracker with all required information as per SOP.
  • Filing & archiving of invoices Retrieval of invoices for audit / as required.
  • Monitor GRIR aging and support outsourced AP team in followups with Morocco local team.
  • Park & Block monitoring of ageing and support outsourced AP team in followups with Morocco local team.  
  • Assist MENAP lead with follow up to meet local legal requirements Morocco local team.

Reception & Office Administration


  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Support the company on organizing internal events
  • Support accounting teams on receiving invoices
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare rooms for meetings as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Executive Administrative Support


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested.
  • Assist with managing calendars and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise between the General Manager and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
