Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy unit:
- You will manage a portfolio of prestigious clients.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain contact with potential clients to develop business opportunities.
- Build and manage a client portfolio in a proactive and organized manner.
- Ensure full client support, from platform presentation to managing collected funds.
- Develop strategic plans for our clients and provide operational follow-up and assistance.
- Anticipate and analyze challenges.
- Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with sellers.
- Actively contribute to increasing clients’ revenue.
- Work hand in hand with an experienced and supportive team.
- Be a pillar of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial sense, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good listening skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level required).
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Sales, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in client relations or account management is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage.
