Salary: 4000 to 5000 MAD depending on profile

Your Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy unit:

  • You will manage a portfolio of prestigious clients.
  • You will build strong and lasting relationships.
  • You will identify  and develop growth opportunities.
  • You will play a key role in achieving the company’s overall objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain contact with potential clients to develop business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a client portfolio in a proactive and organized manner.
  • Ensure full client support, from platform presentation to managing collected funds.
  • Develop strategic plans for our clients and provide operational follow-up and assistance.
  • Anticipate and analyze challenges.
  • Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with sellers.
  • Actively contribute to increasing clients’ revenue.
  • Work hand in hand with an experienced and supportive team.
  • Be a pillar of client satisfaction and loyalty.


Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial sense, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good listening skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level required).
  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Sales, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in client relations or account management is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage.
