Job Description
- Leading the team: - Ensures the efficiency of the team of operation quality segment Auditors - Ensures regular communication with the team members: awareness about the Quality Policy the company - Ensures the continuous training of segment Quality employees as needed
- Ensures the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases
- Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment
- Ensures the control of non-conforming products
- Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures
- Responsible for elaboration and follow-up of a Quality Improvement Plan to reach the Targets
Qualifications and Experience
- Level of Education: Engineer
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience : 4 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Language : French and English are mandatory
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
