Job Description:
The HR BP position is part of the Human Resources department. This role is essential to ensuring efficient and effective management of the company’s HR administration. The position holder will be responsible for supervising all administrative HR activities, managing payroll from A to Z, maintaining employee records, and following up on recruitment procedures. They will also contribute to the implementation of HR policies and the development of talent management tools.
The HR BP will work closely with various department managers to coordinate staffing needs and ensure consistent HR practices throughout the company.

TASKS


  • Manage the administrative tasks of the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain and update employee files while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle payroll from A to Z.
  • Follow up on the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Implement performance evaluation methods and support professional development plans.
  • Act as a link between management and employees, handling HR-related requests and concerns.
  • Provide support and advice on labor law and employee relations.
  • Manage conflicts and disciplinary actions while ensuring legal compliance.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Higher education in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in HR administrative management.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
  • Proficiency in SAGE payroll software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage a department.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and HR management software.
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills and ability to work under pressure.
