Your Impact:In this critical role, you will be the NetSuite billing expert, responsible for architecting, implementing, auditing, and owning all technical aspects of customer invoicing and account configuration within NetSuite. Your expertise will ensure the financial accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes, covering transactional fees, SaaS subscriptions, and the complete credit note lifecycle for our global customers.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Casablanca office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.What you will do:
- Serve as the technical expert for NetSuite SuiteBilling, architecting solutions for diverse revenue streams, including transactional and SaaS models.
- Own and manage the end-to-end process of customer account setup, configuration, and ongoing invoicing within NetSuite.
- Design, implement, and maintain rigorous auditing procedures to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all billing transactions and credit notes.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Engineering to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to automate and enhance billing and account management processes.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize NetSuite integrations with other internal systems to maintain data integrity across customer accounts.
- Provide expert guidance on NetSuite best practices and maintain technical ownership of financial and billing modules.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, with deep technical expertise specifically in NetSuite SuiteBilling.
- Proven experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customisation using SuiteScript, workflows, and custom records.
- A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, particularly SaaS revenue recognition and transactional billing.
- Demonstrated experience in auditing complex billing and account configuration setups for accuracy and compliance.
- Technical proficiency with system integrations and API standards (REST, SOAP) for connecting external platforms with NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to financial data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English for effective collaboration with global technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Nice to have: NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification and experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
