To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Controlling Sr. Specialist in our plant in Tangier.

Your Profile:

• Level of studies: Master's degree in finance, accounting, Controlling fields or equivalent.

• Experience: 4 years of experience in similar area (Industrial area is preferable). 

• Languages: Fluent in English. (Good knowledge in accounting and finance)

Main responsibilities:

Area of responsibility
Detailed description of main activities



Daily job
Daily follow up of main KPIs : Production Mhs , Sales , Stock level , HC
Daily check of actual impact on P&L : HC, PPV , Stock reval , Small tools , Material Master data...
Management requests.



Monthly closing
PL analysis and check posting with accounting team.
Report the deviation analysis vs FCT and Budget with management.



ST and LT Budget Preparation
Respect budget preparation process and deadlines.
Analyzing the discrepancies between the actual and budget data.



BU request
Analyzing the results at each month end and share it with BU. 



YC request
Share with YC controlling team all needed data and analysis.


Weekly forecast & report
Collect data needed for Forecast preparation
Analyze figures and adjust accordingly
Approve Forecast result with Plant Manager
Forecast submission
Prepare report of deviation between forecast and budget and previous forecast



PCC and MTP preparation
Collect all needed data from other departement, consolidate, Analyze and confirm the PCC with plant manager.
Prepare with management team the MTP yearly.



Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards
 Preparation of requested reports from Management / Plant / BU.
