Entretien préventif : Effectuer des opérations d'entretien planifiées pour détecter les éventuels problèmes ou signes d'usure afin d'éviter les pannes et maintenir les performances optimales.
Diagnostic : Identifier et diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques lors d'incidents ou d'inspections.
Réparation : Effectuer des réparations sur les composants défectueux ou endommagés, en suivant les procédures de sécurité.
Remplacement de pièces : Changer les pièces usées ou défectueuses pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'ascenseur.
Mise à niveau : Mettre à niveau les équipements conformément aux normes actuelles ou travaux de modernisation pour améliorer la performance et l'efficacité énergétique.
Documentation : Tenir des dossiers précis de toutes les interventions préventive et curative, y compris les détails des réparations, des remplacements de pièces et des mises à niveau.
Communication : Interagir avec les clients pour planifier les interventions, expliquer les problèmes détectés et les solutions apportées.
Sécurité : Prioriser la sécurité des utilisateurs en respectant les protocoles et les procédures de sécurité lors des interventions.
