Job :
Reporting to the HR department, you will be the central pillar of the organization. Your responsibilities will focus on two main areas:
1. Administrative Management
- Administrative follow-up: Invoice management, payment tracking, and communication with our clients.
- Office operations: Ensuring the team has everything they need (supplies, logistics).
2. Customer Relations & Business Development (The face of the company)
- Customer Relations: Be the primary point of contact for our clients, respond to their requests, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Active prospecting: Identify new opportunities to grow our client portfolio.
- Commercial follow-up: CRM updates and tracking of sales proposals.
