As part of its public service mission, Campus France Morocco – an operator of the French Embassy responsible for promoting French higher education, informing about studies in France, and supporting candidates in their procedures – is recruiting administrative managers in Rabat.

Administrative managers participate in the processing and follow-up of applications from candidates for academic mobility to France, within the framework of the "Studies in France" procedure.

The missions of the administrative manager are as follows:

• To ensure the processing, verification, and follow-up of candidates' digital files;


• To enter and update data in dedicated IT tools;


• To contribute to the general administrative management related to applications.

This mission, carried out under self-entrepreneur status, requires good knowledge of the French and Moroccan university systems, as well as excellent command of French, both written and spoken.

Campus France Morocco is not looking for a single professional profile: administrative managers can come from various backgrounds (administration, management, law, humanities, IT, etc.). What makes the difference are primarily rigor, organizational skills, and professional reliability.

The ideal administrative manager is a methodical person who pays attention to detail. They demonstrate consistency, discretion, and a real sense of service, which are essential for correctly assisting students.

Good knowledge of the French and Moroccan higher education systems is expected, as well as an excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Previous experience in administrative file management or in an institutional environment is a valued asset.

Finally, the candidate will be able to work effectively in a team while demonstrating autonomy, adapt to periods of intense activity, strictly respect deadlines and instructions, and operate within a demanding work environment. Self-entrepreneur status is required or must be obtained before the start of the mission.
