As a Showroom Hostess, your main mission will be to bring our exhibition space to life, welcoming and advising a diverse clientele, while embodying our company's values. You will be the face of our brand, creating a memorable experience for every visitor and turning interest into concrete opportunities.





Your main goals will focus on enhancing our showroom and achieving sales targets. This will involve creating a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the quality and expertise of our company. You will aim to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their specific needs to offer them the most suitable solutions. The showroom's activity should lead to increased traffic, improved brand perception, and ultimately, a significant contribution to overall commercial performance. You will also be responsible for collecting valuable information on market trends and customer feedback to inform our development strategy.





To successfully carry out your mission, a variety of stimulating tasks await you daily. You will be responsible for warmly and personally welcoming visitors, whether they are professionals or individuals, presenting our product range clearly and engagingly. Managing and optimizing the exhibition space, ensuring its cleanliness, organization, and product display, will also be at the heart of your responsibilities.





You will conduct active commercial monitoring, identifying development opportunities and participating in prospecting for new clients. Appointment management and follow-up of prospects and clients, in collaboration with sales teams, will be an integral part of your role. You will also be expected to conduct relevant product demonstrations and respond with expertise to technical and commercial questions. Participation in promotional events and hosting spaces during these occasions will also be key tasks. Finally, you will contribute to collecting information regarding customer expectations and market dynamics to refine our offers.





Required profile :


To succeed in this role, a Bac +2 level of education (equivalent to a two-year associate's degree) is required. Ideally, your academic background has allowed you to develop solid skills in Sales, Marketing, or Export. This educational foundation will provide you with the necessary theoretical knowledge to understand commercial issues and the specifics of our business sector.





Whether through a BTS, DUT, Professional License, or equivalent training, your diploma should demonstrate an understanding of sales techniques, customer relations, and potentially international trade mechanisms.





Professional experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in similar roles is highly desirable. Whether this experience was gained in sales point management, showroom sales, customer advisory services in the metallurgy, steel, or a related field, it will have allowed you to develop a keen understanding of customer expectations and sales cycles. Initial experience in customer contact, product presentation, and contributing to achieving sales objectives is a major asset.





Beyond your education and experience, certain qualities and skills are essential to excel in this position. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service are paramount. Your ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and appropriately for each person you interact with will be a major asset.
