Job :
Reporting to the General Management, the Transformation Director is responsible for governance, program portfolio, and the implementation of cross-functional projects.
He/she is responsible for:
• prioritizing initiatives,
• achieving benefits (ROI / gains / quality / compliance),
• managing risks and the change management effort,
• aligning departments (Ops, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Sales).
Key Responsibilities
1) Governance & roadmap management
• Structure and lead the transformation process: committees, rituals, milestones, decisions.
• Build and maintain a project portfolio
• Implement a robust PMO: planning, risks, reporting, decisions, escalations.
2) Program execution and delivery
• Manage major projects (process, organization, tools) and secure delivery.
• Ensure commitments are met: deadlines, budget, quality
• Control deviations: recovery plans, decisions.
3) Process transformation & performance
• Map and optimize critical processes (sales, production, payroll, billing, collection, compliance, purchasing).
• Standardize and deploy frameworks (procedures, controls, RACI, KPIs).
• Establish a continuous improvement approach with clear indicators and ownership.
4) Change management & adoption
• Build and execute the change plan: communication, training, support, adoption.
• Manage human and organizational impacts (roles, skills, resistance).
• Measure adoption and adjust: corrective actions, field support.
Expected Deliverables (very concrete)
• Prioritized 2026 Roadmap
• PMO Governance (committees, reporting, management tool, RACI).
• Transformation dashboard: progress, risks, budget, benefits.
• Deployment plans + change management per project.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (or equivalent); value is primarily judged on the ability to execute and maintain governance.
• 8-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in transformation / PMO / program management.
• Experience desired in complex and multi-site environments (network, distributed operations), ideally B2B services, retail, banking/insurance, or multi-entity groups.
• Key skills:
- Portfolio management (prioritization, dependencies, decision-making),
- Project methodologies (traditional + pragmatic agile),
- Process structuring / internal control / KPIs,
