As a Quality Assurance Engineer, your main mission will be to guarantee and continuously improve the quality of our offerings. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality processes, aiming to achieve recognized operational excellence. Your role will be to anticipate risks, propose proactive solutions, and ensure our activities comply with current standards. The objective is to strengthen our customers' trust and consolidate our market position.

Your responsibilities will cover a variety of essential tasks for maintaining and improving our quality standards.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and monitoring quality assurance plans adapted to our various projects and products. This will involve in-depth analysis of requirements and precise definition of acceptance criteria.

Active participation in the software development lifecycle, from design to production, will be a key component of your role. You will need to ensure that best practices are applied at each stage.

The implementation and execution of test campaigns (manual and automated) will be a significant part of your daily work, in order to identify and document defects.

You will also be in charge of analyzing the root causes of defects and proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid their recurrence.

Close collaboration with development, production, and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving.

Technological and regulatory monitoring related to quality standards will also be your responsibility, in order to keep our processes up-to-date and efficient.

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is required. You hold a degree of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher. Your background has allowed you to gain expertise in one of the following areas: Business Assurance, Project Management, Studies, or Research and Development. This strong theoretical foundation will enable you to easily grasp the technical and methodological challenges related to quality.

The company is looking for someone with professional experience between 1 and 3 years in a similar role or in positions involving a strong quality component. This period of practice will have allowed you to develop a concrete understanding of quality assurance issues and to master the associated methodologies and tools. Experience in the services sector would be an appreciated asset.
