MOORE is an accounting expertise, audit, and consulting firm known for the quality of its support and its commitment to its clients. As part of our business development, we are recruiting an Accounting Expertise Manager capable of playing a key role in both mission management and team supervision.
Main Missions
1. Technical Supervision and Mission Management
- Manage and supervise all accounting and tax files for a client portfolio.
- Ensure accounting review, preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and periodic declarations.
- Guarantee that work complies with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Be the main client contact for accounting, tax, and financial matters.
2. Team Management and Supervision
- Supervise, train, and support a team of accounting staff.
- Plan work, assign files, and monitor workload.
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure team skill development.
3. Client Consulting and Support
- Propose tax, financial, and organizational optimizations.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of management reports.
- Act as a strategic advisor to managers and entrepreneurs.
4. Contribution to the Firm's Development
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the firm's internal procedures.
- Contribute to the development of the client portfolio.
- Participate in cross-functional projects: digitalization, automation, accounting tools, quality processes.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Expertise (Master CCA, DSCG, DEC, or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a firm, including significant supervision experience.
- Advanced mastery of Moroccan accounting standards and Moroccan taxation.
- Strong skills in management and mission execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and high professional rigor.
