In an IT environment of developments in Agile mode.

The mission of the Product Owner is for a set of APIs and business object repositories used in France and internationally for the RCE - Enterprise Customer Relationship application.

The PO holds the vision of the product and its definition to meet business challenges and bring maximum value to the client/user.

Meetings are mainly in French but also in English remotely with other participants.

Proficiency in English is therefore desirable.

Ensure technical and functional application support for RCE domain applications, requiring very high reactivity. To do this, the proxy PO:

• 
  Represents the client/user to the agile team to provide meaning and vision.


• 
  Represents the product within the company and shares the product vision.


• 
  Defines the product to meet business and user needs within the given time and budget.


• 
  Solicits and federates all stakeholders, works with the program team if necessary (when the team is integrated into an agile train).


• 
  Writes with the agile team the user stories, business and/or technical, and their acceptance criteria, then prioritizes them and ensures the coherence of the work carried out with the product vision.


• 
  Validates (accepts or rejects) the completed user stories when they meet the previously defined acceptance criteria.


• 
  Manages customer/user feedback loops and analyzes the results to feed and prioritize the roadmap of its product and the backlog in agreement with the Business Owner(s) and ensures the continuous improvement of the product throughout its life cycle.


• 
  Management of prioritization of fixes via Jira boards


• 
  Defines and monitors key product KPIs and ensures product visibility to all stakeholders.
