Job :
Assigned to the Human Resources Department, you will actively participate in HR projects and contribute to the improvement of processes related to human capital management.
Missions:
- Participation in the recruitment process (sourcing, CV screening, scheduling, interviews).
- Contribution to HR administrative management (employee files, contracts, certificates).
- Participation in the monitoring of internships and the integration of interns.
- Support in updating HR tools and reporting.
- Contribution to HR projects and continuous improvement actions.
Required profile :
- Student in Bac +5 (Master's degree) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
- Looking for a PFE internship.
- Good organizational skills, rigor, and respect for confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
