1 Administrative and Financial Management
• Develop and implement the administrative and financial policy.
• Define and monitor management and reporting procedures.
• Prepare and adjust the forecast budget, manage treasury, and establish the financing plan.
• Supervise management control, internal audit, and the accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
2 Continuous Improvement
• Promote a culture of process improvement and change management.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize results.
• Analyze performance and propose areas for development.
3 Team Management and Development
• Coordinate and manage the Management Control and Accounting teams.
• Set objectives, support, and evaluate employees.
• Develop skills and manage individual and collective performance.
• Contribute to managing compensation, careers, and disciplinary actions in conjunction with HR Management.
Required profile :
• Higher education in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial management and team leadership.
• Rigor, leadership, organizational skills, and strategic vision.
