This leadership role is crucial, based in Morocco, and requires complete responsibility for optimizing the performance and profitability of all After-Sales functions in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and direct the strategic operations of After-Sales, aiming for execution excellence and high performance.
P&L Responsibility: Be accountable for the After-Sales business's profit and loss (P&L) within the framework of the annual budget and business plan.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Efficiently manage parts inventory levels, local purchasing, stock allocation, and the entire supply chain.*
- Service Excellence: Optimize workshop (workshop and bodyshop) processes, ensure operational efficiency, and implement rigorous quality control measures.
- Team Development: Facilitate, lead, and guide the continuous skills development of the After-Sales operations team.
Required profile :
- Sector Experience (MANDATORY): Minimum 10 years of experience in After-Sales in automotive distribution in Morocco and/or North Africa, with at least 5 years in management/leadership positions.
- Education: University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with DMS systems and After-Sales modules of ERP systems. Strong negotiation skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of After-Sales, customer needs, and finances.
- Languages: Fluent French and Arabic are essential. Professional working level in English.
- Mobility: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the branch network in Morocco.
