Your mission:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the portfolio of projects managed by the *Strategic Marketing* directorate.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyze customer segments to identify needs and opportunities, and translate these analyses into measurable strategic objectives.
• Develop a marketing strategy adapted to each customer segment to increase penetration, particularly by developing customer segmentation and scoring tools, which form the basis for a differentiated offer and sales approach.
• Supervise the profitability of products, customer segments, and distribution channels.
• Actively participate in defining banking branch formats, develop the portfolio strategy, and contribute to defining the target sales organization.
• Review and optimize the customer journey to improve the customer experience and maximize profitability.
