General mission of the position:
Contribute to defining Aya Gold & Silver's ESG policy.
Ensure the monitoring of the implementation of Aya Gold & Silver's ESG policy.
Steer ESG reporting, compliance, and governance for Aya Gold & Silver.
Ensure the reliability, consistency, and compliance of ESG data and initiatives, while supporting the implementation of Aya Gold & Silver's sustainability and social responsibility commitments.
Required profile :
Main responsibilities / Activities:
Area 1: ESG Reporting and Compliance
- Steer the writing of Aya Gold & Silver's annual ESG report, according to current frameworks (GRI, SASB, IFRS S1 & S2).
- Supervise the collection and consolidation of ESG data in the Novisto platform, in coordination with internal correspondents.
- Coordinate internal control of ESG data and ensure the reliability of indicators.
- Support entity managers in the qualitative writing of the report.
- Prepare responses to questionnaires from rating agencies (CDP, CSA, EcoVadis, etc.).
- Steer the transition to IFRS S1 and S2 standards from 2026 onwards.
Area 2: CSR Approach and Extra-Financial Performance
- Steer the annual update of the materiality analysis, in coordination with stakeholders.
- Support sites in their CSR labeling efforts (ISO 26000, RMI, FMVI, etc.).
- Contribute to Aya Gold & Silver's Sustainability and Responsibility roadmap and monitor its indicators.
- Implement and monitor the internal ESG reporting protocol (dashboards, Responsibility BSC).
Area 3: Due Diligence, Audits, and Extra-Financial Rating
- Steer ESG due diligence requested by investors, lenders, and internal standards.
- Coordinate ESG audits and ensure interface with external verifiers.
- Support the implementation of the responsible purchasing approach (frameworks, supplier monitoring, progress plans).
Area 4: Project Support and Regulatory Compliance
- Support procedures for obtaining permits and authorizations (impact studies, licenses, environmental and social compliance).
- Monitor greenhouse gas emission reduction plans (Scope 1, 2, 3) and reasonable assurance on human rights.
Area 5: Communication and Institutional Visibility
- Contribute to Aya Gold & Silver's ESG and CSR communication (website, annual report, internal and external materials).
- Promote the Sustainability and CSR strategy within national and international initiatives and networks (UNGC, FMVI, ABLCS...).
- Actively monitor ESG regulations, trends, and innovations.

Profile:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in ESG management or reporting, ideally in the mining, industrial, or energy sector.
- Proficiency in GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2 frameworks or equivalent.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and project management.
- Good knowledge of the ESG ecosystem.
- Knowledge of ESG/CSR labels.
