Job :
As the Purchasing and Supply Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability while optimizing costs, lead times, and quality. Your tasks include:
Purchasing
• Define and implement the company's purchasing strategy
• Identify and select new national and international suppliers
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, payment terms, and contracts
• Evaluate supplier performance (quality, reliability, compliance)
Supply
• Manage supply needs according to forecasts and the production schedule
• Monitor stock levels and optimize turnover
• Place and track purchase orders
• Coordinate internal logistics to ensure continuous availability
Importation
• Manage the entire import process: documents, transport, customs, transit
• Optimize logistics costs and choose the best incoterms
• Ensure regulatory compliance (customs, international standards, certificates)
Reporting & coordination
• Track KPIs: costs, lead times, service level, turnover rate
• Collaborate closely with all departments
• Propose improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in international trade, supply chain, purchasing, or equivalent
• Proven experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in purchasing, supply, and import/export
• Excellent negotiation skills and analytical thinking
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international logistics
• Fluency in French and English required (spoken & written)
• Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
