Join a dynamic and leading group in its sector as an IT Support Technician in Dakhla, Morocco! Your mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of the company's information system, by intervening in all aspects of the technical infrastructure. You will be a key element of our company's operational performance.





Main Objectives:




You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our internal users, and resolving hardware and software issues. You will be in charge of responding to assistance requests, diagnosing problems, providing effective solutions, and documenting the solutions.




Your responsibilities will be varied and challenging. You will be required to:





  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (hardware and software)

  • Resolve incidents and technical problems encountered by users

  • Provide technical support to users

  • Participate in IT project management

  • Contribute to the security of systems and data


  • Document procedures and implemented solutions

  • Propose improvements to existing IT systems


You will work in collaboration with the different departments of the company.




Required profile : What if the talent we're looking for is you?
 


  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role

  • You are proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) as well as commonly used business software

  • You have solid hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and know how to effectively diagnose faults

  • You are able to solve problems quickly, methodically, and effectively, even in emergency situations

  • You are recognized for your rigor, your organizational skills, and your ability to adapt to unforeseen events

  • You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a collaborative and constructive atmosphere

  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, with users and technical teams.
