Job :
Provide Level 3 support for Windows Server environments.
Manage and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO infrastructure.
Participate in infrastructure evolution and migration projects.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems.
Implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans (PRA/PCA).
Supervise and resolve complex incidents, escalating from Level 2.
Document procedures and technical architectures.
Required profile :
Proficiency in Windows Server systems, AD, GPO, PowerShell.
Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, Zabbix, etc.).
Good understanding of system security.
Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, firewall, VPN) is a plus.
Additional Information
Bachelor's to Master's degree in IT.
Good analytical skills and ability to manage critical situations.
Autonomy, rigor, and customer service orientation.
Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE) are desired.
