Job :
The main activities of the position are:
- Participate in organizing customer prospecting actions inside and outside the agency,
- Conduct commercial actions with clients in your portfolio,
- Advise clients and offer them products and services that can meet their needs with a quality of service in line with the Bank's requirements,
- Ensure the correct processing of financing files,
- Ensure the follow-up and proper handling of requests and complaints made by clients, while ensuring compliance with current standards, rules, and procedures,
- Take charge of the management and follow-up of bank cards and checkbooks.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or equivalent, you have initial experience in sales, ideally in a banking or financial environment.
With a commercial profile, you are looking for professional challenges and growth.
