The onboarding process for new clients is a key part of the firm's business. This process consists of different stages of a workflow starting with the creation of an opportunity in the CRM, going through the various Risk modules before ending with the creation of charge codes, all within a single digital tool: Salesforce.




We want to bring in four new employees to professionalize onboarding and to support the firm's engagement teams.
Your role will be to implement onboarding operationally, in close collaboration with the engagement teams and coordinated by the firm's Salesforce "super users".





What you can expect from the role:




Do you want to contribute to key projects in a dynamic and international environment?
Within the Acceleration Center TLS, in close collaboration with the engagement teams, you will be responsible for, among other things:
• Gathering information for the onboarding of new clients in the different Salesforce modules,
• Launching the different processes in these modules,
• Monitoring the processes and answering stakeholders' questions in coordination with the engagement teams.
• Working with the project team to make Salesforce processes even more efficient.
 






Required profile :

Ideally, you have a Master's degree (Bac+5) or you have successful previous experience in a similar role.




Your qualities are:




• Organization/project management: planning and anticipation skills




• Interpersonal skills, customer service orientation towards our teams (support, teaching)




• Team spirit: collective workload sharing / solidarity




• Quality written and oral communication: precision and rigor




• Proficiency/aptitude and curiosity for information systems and data processing/visualization tools




• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus




• A very good level of French and English
