Reporting to the Director of Hospital Care and Hygiene, the Assistant to the Director of Hospital Care and Hygiene assists the Care Directorate in coordinating and monitoring paramedical activities within the UIR hospital.
He/She participates in organizing teams, implementing care procedures, and monitoring quality, under the direct supervision of the Director of Care, contributing to the efficiency and continuity of services.

Your main tasks will focus on the following areas:

Support for the management of paramedical teams:

• Participate in supervising and monitoring nursing and nursing assistant teams.
• Contribute to the application of recruitment and integration procedures.
• Assist in evaluating professional practices and monitoring care-related risks.
• Collaborate with department heads and lead nurses to ensure optimal coordination.

Contribution to the implementation of the care project:

• Provide operational support in implementing the nursing care project.
• Participate in internal meetings and committees related to care quality and coordination.
• Monitor performance indicators and report necessary information to the Directorate.

Participation in care quality and safety:

• Contribute to the organization and coordination of care in different departments.
• Participate in the application of care protocols and admission procedures.
• Ensure continuity of care and respect for patient rights.
• Contribute to monitoring quality indicators and reporting on paramedical activities.

Management of resources and equipment (support role):

• Participate in identifying equipment needs and monitoring them.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure correct and optimal use of material resources.

Communication and coordination:

• Facilitate information flow between different departments and services.
• Participate in preparing meetings with department heads.
• Contribute to updating dashboards and activity reports.

• Nursing degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, or a Master's degree in Nursing / Care Management with equivalent experience.


• Previous experience in paramedical supervision or coordination is desired.


• Knowledge of hospital practices and care procedures.


• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.


• Good organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
