Mission/project context:

Expert mission in 5G optimization

- Adapt Orange Group's engineering rules and methods to the specificities of OMEA networks

o Carry out 5G network optimization based on the Group's parameterization models or templates: ensure their deployment and evolution monitoring at the REC level in relation with Orange Innovation, RAN suppliers, and countries

o Use and implement the business specifications, decision trees, and Group detection grids within the REC, ensuring their adoption by the teams. Enrich them and create new ones if necessary based on feedback and the zone's specific needs

o Establish and consolidate REC study report models for countries for certain recurring tasks: CRC campaign analysis, performance dashboard

- Operational expertise on radio engineering tools and techniques with a focus on task automation with CSON, Artificial Intelligence, analytics (probes, call traces, analytics), OSS data

o Support the introduction and industrialization of new solutions and methods for network optimization to improve the REC's operational efficiency and its impact on countries' networks by updating technical processes and training teams on:

Continuous performance optimization through automatic actions on network nodes

Automation of drive test analysis…

- Technical support to colleagues on advanced 5G investigations and cross-functional studies

o Be proactive and contribute to experiments with new technical solutions or 5G optimization features with the entire REC team, Orange INNOVATION, and the countries

o Support teams and countries on specific action plans requiring in-depth 5G or cross-functional analysis

- Prepare optimization of the VoLTE service and 5G networks in conjunction with Orange INNOVATION and suppliers
