Join a dynamic and ambitious team as a Production Planner. Your main mission will be to optimize production processes to ensure customer satisfaction and the company's overall performance.
Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Plan harvests in line with production and quality constraints
- Create, manage, and analyze the dashboard related to yield, plant monitoring, and climate
- Create a Supply Chain dashboard – Production Unit
- Manage plant data: monitoring and control of data, schedule monitoring
- Coordinate Supply Chain/Planning - Production
- Implement and analyze performance indicators related to the various tasks of the position
- Standardize Supply Chain – Planning - Production processes
- Manage Supply Chain projects
- Manage flows
- Apply Lean management
- Continuously improve the planning/Supply Chain process for production units
- Monitor the evolution of physical and IT stocks in production units
- Anticipate and plan uprooting and planting in production units
- Plan inter-season activities and coordinate with associated stakeholders
Required profile :
The ideal profile requires an educational level of Master's degree (Bac +5), with a specialization in Agriculture, supply chain, or a related field.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role within a company in the food industry is desired.

Proficiency in computer tools (ERP, planning software)

Additionally, good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is necessary. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is also essential.
