Job :
Reporting to the Sales Department, your main tasks will be:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients (transport, public works, industries, logistics…) ;
• Prospect new clients and conclude fuel and lubricant supply contracts ;
• Ensure the loyalty of existing clients and guarantee an optimal level of service ;
• Achieve the volume, margin, and profitability objectives defined by management ;
• Propose commercial solutions adapted to the specific needs of clients ;
• Ensure payment follow-up, debt management, and continuous evaluation of client solvency ;
• Conduct permanent competitive intelligence and identify new market opportunities ;
• Prepare, analyze, and present commercial performance dashboards ;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes and the strategic development of the company.
Required profile :
- Graduate of a top business or engineering school
Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in the oil sector
- Strong negotiation and business development skills ;
- Strong results orientation and high level of customer service ;
- Analytical skills and good mastery of commercial KPIs ;
- Rigor, autonomy, organization, and sense of priorities
