Job :

You will report to the Administrative and Financial Director and will be responsible for the following tasks:




Administrative organization of the branches
• Monitoring of the branches' vehicle fleet
• Checking expense reports and branch expenses
• Customer credit management: preventive and curative actions
• Control of credit notes, customer returns, and head office returns.
• Control of compliance with Internal Procedures
• Reporting of activity to the Administrative and Financial Director.
• Ensure the consistency and optimization of branch stock.
• Carry out internal audits and branch inventories according to the plan defined with management
• Control compliance with discounts granted by General Management and Marketing actions implemented.
• Regularly visit customers, based on relevant information, and report any information likely to impact sales, collections, or customer satisfaction (promises of discounts not validated by the Sales Department, unreturned tokens and payments, product loans to customers, etc.) and generally report any element that deviates from the normal rules of a healthy business relationship.
• Enforce the terms of the code of ethics and provide a semi-annual report to all customers in the region.
• Comply with the Quality & H&S policy and the requirements of the Quality & H&S management system.
• Implement recommendations from Group Audits and (E&Y) Audits
