To strengthen our team, we are recruiting an RH Consultant.
Tasks:
Identify and analyze clients' recruitment needs.
Define and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Write and publish job ads on various recruitment channels.
Screen, select, and evaluate applications.
Conduct pre-selection interviews and assess candidate skills.
Follow up with candidates until they are integrated.
Suggest improvements to recruitment processes to optimize timelines and quality.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
Professional experience of at least 3 years in recruitment, ideally in a recruitment agency or temporary work agency.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and digital recruitment tools.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit.
Meticulousness, autonomy, and adaptability.
