Your main mission will be to provide quality HR support, participating in all aspects of human resource management. The goal is to ensure smooth processes, support teams in their administrative tasks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices. You will be a key player in developing and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment, in line with our company values.
Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of HR activities, including:
- Administrative management of staff
- Monitoring of CNSS, AMO, contracts... files
- Support for the payroll process
- Participation in recruitment and onboarding
Required profile :
To be considered for this position, a Bac +2 level is required. Higher education focused on Human Resources management, personnel management, or training will be particularly appreciated. This solid academic background will enable you to easily grasp the various tasks you will be assigned.
A first professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a generalist HR role is sought. Whether as an HR assistant, HR generalist, or in a similar role, this period will have allowed you to develop a practical understanding of HR challenges and operations. Experience in the recruitment or temporary staffing sector is a significant asset.

- Good knowledge of professional training schemes.
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially HR software.
- Rigor, discretion, and a sense of professional ethics.
- Good command of French is essential.
