Job :
Azura Group, a key player in the agri-food sector, is looking for a Senior Lawyer to support its strategic projects and strengthen the legal security of its operations.
Reporting to a legal team of 3 people, you will work closely with the various departments of the group to provide transversal support and actively contribute to the success of our activities.
Location: Position based in Casablanca.
Main missions:
• Ensure legal secretarial duties, including drafting and monitoring corporate documents.
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate various contracts (commercial, partnership, supplier, etc.).
• Assist the various teams (purchasing, HR, marketing, etc.) on legal issues related to their activities.
• Conduct legal consultations and provide clear, practical, and solution-oriented advice.
• Ensure relevant legal and regulatory watch for the business sector.
• Contribute to the compliance of group companies with current laws and regulations.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Law degree (Bac+5 minimum), with a specialization in business law, commercial law, or corporate law.
• Significant professional experience of at least 10 years in a similar role, ideally with law firm experience.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and corporate law.
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents in French; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Required qualities: rigor, autonomy, foresight, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with your contacts.
