Job Description





  • Ensure the management and quality of services delivered to our clients, respecting SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and contractual commitments.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Analyze service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

  • Manage complex incidents and problems by proposing appropriate solutions and ensuring effective follow-up.

  • Monitor evolving client needs and ensure the implementation of suitable solutions.

  • Participate in the management of budgets, resources, and deadlines for service delivery projects.

  • Ensure continuous communication with clients to understand their expectations and provide a quick and adequate response.




Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in IT, project management, or a similar field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in service management, ideally in an international environment.

  • Good command of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and project management practices.

  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

  • Team spirit and leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
