THE POSITION
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support our operations and HR processes
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain our digital tools and files
- Prepare documents, reports, and communications
- Support internal teams in planning, organizing, and tracking tasks
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to administrative processes
- Work closely with a pragmatic and autonomous team that values initiative
- Never stop learning — if you want to grow, we will provide the necessary tools and training
Required profile :
- You have experience in an administrative or office support role
- You are comfortable with digital tools and can quickly learn new systems
- You are precise, organized, and attentive to detail
- You value efficiency and take an action-oriented approach
- You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy supporting others
- You speak fluent English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
WHAT WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with CRM tools, HR software, or other digital platforms
- Advanced Excel skills or reporting abilities
- Talent for organizing events, schedules, or planning
- Having read Getting Things Done (and enjoyed it)
