As part of a project for one of our clients, we are recruiting Payroll Specialists with confirmed expertise in French payroll and social declarations, and a strong customer service focus.
Main tasks
• Ensure the processing and monitoring of French payroll, in compliance with current regulations and applicable collective agreements.
• Manage social declarations and respond to requests related to payroll and legal obligations.
• Maintain customer relations via various channels (ticketing, live chat, telephone).
• Handle complex cases: calculation discrepancies, regularizations, back pays, termination settlements, etc.
• Clearly and pedagogically explain technical and regulatory concepts.
